Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment through our trusted partners: Razorpay and Shiprocket Checkout.
- We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
- By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with Shiprocket and other logistics providers to deliver products across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

Returns & Refunds

Where possible, disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our support team at support@kristore.in. If resolution is not possible, the matter will proceed under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
