Kristore Enterprises is committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partners via Shiprocket. This policy outlines our shipping terms, including free shipping eligibility, timelines, and responsibility for lost or delayed parcels.
Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free shipping based on your cart composition and order value:
- Accessories-Only Orders: If your cart contains only accessories (such as scrunchies, hair ties, or other small items), you qualify for Free Shipping on orders above ₹500.
- Orders Containing Bags: If your cart includes any bag (sling bags, handbags, etc.), then the minimum cart value for Free Shipping is ₹1500.
- Note: Due to high demand during our festive season we are providing free shipping to all orders above ₹1000 regardless of accessories or Bags.
- If your cart does not meet the above thresholds, standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout and displayed before payment.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In rare cases of stock unavailability, our support team will contact you for alternatives or refunds.
Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Responsibility for Delivery
- We take full responsibility for safe delivery until the order reaches the shipping address provided by you at checkout.
- If a parcel is lost in transit, Kristore Enterprises will provide a 100% refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the customer fails to accept delivery, Kristore will not be held liable for the failed delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
