Refund policy

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns as a general policy. Refunds are only considered in cases of defective items, missing products, or lost parcels.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Reach out via WhatsApp at +91 8595056415 or email support@kristore.in.
  • A full, uncut unboxing video is required as proof.
  • Our team will review and verify authenticity within 3 working days.
  • If confirmed, a refund (partial or full) will be initiated, and the refund amount will be credited back within 7 working days.
  • In most cases, the defective item does not need to be shipped back. If we request a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Missing Items in Your Order

If you receive fewer items than ordered (e.g., you ordered 4 but received 3):

  • A full, uncut unboxing video is required to validate the claim.
  • Send the video via WhatsApp or email to our support team.
  • Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for the missing product.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit:

  • We take full responsibility for shipping and safe delivery.
  • In case of loss, we will issue a 100% full refund of the order value.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a claim is verified and approved:

  • Verification is completed within 3 working days.
  • Refunds are processed within the next 7 working days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Without a proper unboxing video, refund claims cannot be accepted.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
  • Refund approval is subject to verification of the claim’s authenticity.
