We are currently operating from Delhi. All the orders are shipped from Delhi- 110058

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship PAN India. We also ship to small towns & districts depending on serviceable pincodes. 

The transit time and delivery charges will be based on your pincodes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

We have always been getting love and requests from all over the world to deliver our products. We are currently working on it and we will soon start worldwide shipping. 

What is your Delivery Time?

KRISTORE is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. 

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. 

We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-10 business days. 

In case your order needs to be shipped urgently, you can email us your issue with pin code on kristore.ind@gmail.com or directly reach out to us on the WhatsApp platform. 

Based on your location, you will be receiving the required product within a given time frame provided at the time of confirmation of your order. 

Sometimes due to lack of material or manpower the production gets delayed.

In case the delivery time is extended you will receive a mail/whatsapp/text notification from us informing you about the tentative delivery date. Kindly allow us some extra time in busy seasons. 

Multiple orders-

If you have placed an order for more than one product, we will try our best to deliver all products in one packaging.

What courier service are you currently using?

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship only through reputed courier agencies. 

Based on the pin codes serviceability, we will be shipping the orders via different courier services.

What are delivery charges and how do you calculate them?

Delivery or shipping charges are charged as per the pincodes and the total weight of the package (one or multiple products) that will be shipped from our end and will be delivered at your doorsteps (home delivery). 

These charges are exactly what courier companies charge us, there is no hidden profit/additions from our side. We directly forward it on your behalf.

These charges are not included in the MRP and are added according to number & weight of products ordered. Our prices are all inclusive of all taxes with the list prices except Shipping.

Do you take transit guarantee?

At Kristore, we believe in providing your valued product through a reputed courier service. Hence all the packages are insured and signatures for the same are accorded post successful deliveries. 

We take hundred percent transit guarantee.

Do you have any other medium to place the order?

If you are unable to place an order on our website or if you want to have a detailed conversation please feel free to WhatsApp us regarding the same. 

How do I order on Whatsapp?

  • Send screenshots of products you want to buy
  • Mention the details that you want to know and what quantity you want.
  • We would help you choosing the payment method.
  • Please provide your full address, mobile number and email id for confirmation of the order when asked.
  • You will get a confirmation message on whatsapp with the allotted time. 

Do you accept COD orders?

Currently we are only accepting prepaid orders and have discontinued COD services for sometime.

Cancellation Policy

All orders once paid are non-cancellable. If a customer wishes to change the product or delay the delivery you can email us at kristore.ind@gmail.com or directly reach out to us on the WhatsApp platform immediately. 

No changes can be made if the order is dispatched from our end.

Refund And Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

Damages and issues
If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end (without any cuts) within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry at kristore.ind@gmail.com.
Exchange/Return
We currently don’t provide Exchange/ Return Services on the products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are applicable only for damaged parcel received.
